Hey foodies...
But now than I'm parking the big RV behind the theater every day, complete with refrigerator and microwave, we are also open to snacks. I took the kids to 7-11 for their break on Friday, but we could probably do better than that by provided them something.
If anyone wants to bring healthy-yet-teen-friendly snacks for our breaks, go for it!

Costume List Due Tomorrow, Jan 18
Tomorrow you will turn in the list of every costume item you plan to wear. Be sure to include shoes and a heavy coat, since you all have come in from the snow. A scarf and gloves are a good idea too.
Don’t forget that the play takes place over two days; in Act I, scene 2, you are all relaxing at a bed and breakfast, by the cozy fire.
ALSO DON’T FORGET that tomorrow’s rehearsal is at the Two Roads Theater. We start at 8:45 sharp. Parents – shoot for 8:30; there are two wonderful cafés on that corner – Aroma and Jennifer’s Coffee Connection.

Due January 9

On Tuesday, January 8, you will turn in your Vocabulary List with definitions. Here is how the assignment works.
- During the table read on Monday, you will write down or highlight all vocabulary words (words with meanings you're not sure of).
- Make a list on a separate document -- handwritten or on computer -- of all these words.
- Look up the definitions of each word. I like dictionary.com, but there is also a good site for Websters Online, and for some of the weirder colloquialisms, you might try Wikipedia.
- On your vocabulary list, provide a short definition. Please do not paste the definition from the dictionary. Put it in your own words as best you can.
DUE JANUARY 7

You all received an email from Pat with the Characterization Worksheet, which you can also download by clicking here.
Throughout the production, you will have at least one short assignment due every day. (Remember, you do get course credit for this Wintersession).

French Scene Breakdown
We have broken the play down into French Scenes. (Like fried potatoes, this is one of their really good ideas.) Every time someone enters or exits, a new French Scene begins. Use this chart to see how it works. The way we've organized it, there are 43 French scenes in this 65-page play.
